LEGAL SALES CONSULTANT
A friendly and motivated Legal Sales Consultant is sought to join a remote UK team, supporting a fast-growing start-up environment. The role involves driving business development, implementing sales and marketing strategies, and delivering exceptional customer service. This disruptive legal service provider aims to make legal services affordable and accessible for start-ups and small businesses, following an award-winning success in Australia and rapid expansion into the UK market.
LEGAL SALES CONSULTANT ROLE:
- Responding to customer enquiries via email, text, and phone
- Using legal knowledge to scope and understand the required legal services
- Acting as the first point of contact for new enquiries
- Writing accurate and detailed legal briefs for the legal team
- Developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with customers
- Managing relationships through effective sales strategies
- Supporting sales and marketing initiatives, including attending business events and development events
- Explaining technical solutions clearly and simply to clients
- Working collaboratively while showing initiative, organisation, and autonomy
- Demonstrating strong customer service, client management, and communication skills
- Using technology and sales processes efficiently
- Maintaining interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and innovative legal solutions

LEGAL SALES CONSULTANT ESSENTIALS:
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in legal or sales roles
- Demonstrating passion and enthusiasm for the company and its mission
- Working effectively as a collaborative team player
- Bringing experience in sales or legal services to the role
- Maintaining high energy and motivation in a fast-paced environment
