Legal Secretary / Legal PA Opportunities – London
We are currently recruiting for a number of exciting Legal PA and Legal Secretary opportunities with leading law firms across London.
These roles offer the opportunity to support talented fee earners and partners within busy, specialist legal teams, delivering high-quality administrative, operational and client support.
We are looking for experienced legal support professionals who are organised, proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Typical duties may include:
- Providing comprehensive support to partners and fee earners
- Managing diaries and inboxes, including prioritising actions and deadlines
- Preparing, formatting and proofreading legal documents
- Handling client communication via telephone, email, and correspondence
- Overseeing file opening, document management and compliance processes
- Managing billing administration, including prebills, invoices and WIP* (where applicable)
- Co-ordinating meetings, travel, and team activities
- Supporting business development activity, CRM updates and client events
- Managing case administration, portals and legal processes for smooth workflows
- Liaising with clients, counsel, courts and third parties

Required Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates will have experience in:
- Legal PA, Legal Secretary, Team Assistant, or Legal Assistant roles
- Supporting partners, senior lawyers or busy legal teams
- Commercial, Corporate, IP/IT, Employment, Property or Family departments
- Document production with a strong command of Microsoft Office
- Billing processes and familiarity with legal systems
- Client relationship management and business development support
