Legal Secretary (Litigation) – Beverley
Service Care Solutions are looking to recruit for a well-established and respected law firm based in Beverley, seeking to appoint a Legal Secretary (Litigation) to their team on a permanent basis.
Role Details
Location: Beverley (Office-Based) Salary Range: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum (DOE)
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary, preferably with expertise in Litigation, to join a supportive and professional firm. You will play a crucial role in assisting fee earners and ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and fee earners
- Prepare, format, amend, and maintain:
- Legal documents
- Correspondence
- Case files
- Manage solicitors' diaries, arrange appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Assist with:
- Billing
- Invoicing
- Time recording processes
- Support new client onboarding, including AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and compliance checks
- Communicate professionally with clients via:
- Telephone
- Face-to-face meetings
- Maintain accurate filing systems (both electronic and paper-based)
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
