A well-established and highly regarded law firm based in North West London is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join its busy Conveyancing department.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and highly organised Legal Secretary with experience in residential conveyancing and some exposure to commercial property matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing full secretarial support to the Partner within the Conveyancing department
- Preparing legal documents, correspondence, contracts, and carrying out typing/audio typing via digital dictation
- Handling conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion
- Preparing initial contract packs, completion statements, and supporting documentation
- Opening files and conducting AML checks and compliance procedures
- Assisting with Land Registry applications, registrations, and submission of SDLT returns
- Supporting commercial property transactions and portfolio purchases
- Assisting with post-completion matters

Key Skills:
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary with conveyancing is essential
- Strong knowledge of both residential conveyancing procedures
- Experience with digital dictation is essential
- Strong organisational and communication abilities
