Legal Secretary – Private Client

Location: London/Hybrid
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary seeking a long-term role within a supportive and professional environment. With one day of hybrid working available a week.

About the Role

The appointed legal professional will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to an experienced fee earner, taking ownership of all day-to-day administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary management
  • Handling incoming post
  • Preparing correspondence
  • Completing legal forms
  • Opening and closing files
  • Document production
  • Providing proactive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the department

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience supporting Private Client Solicitors
  • Extensive knowledge of Private Client work
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Confidence to work independently with minimal supervision
