Legal Secretary – Private Client
Location: London/Hybrid
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary seeking a long-term role within a supportive and professional environment. With one day of hybrid working available a week.
About the Role
The appointed legal professional will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to an experienced fee earner, taking ownership of all day-to-day administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary management
- Handling incoming post
- Preparing correspondence
- Completing legal forms
- Opening and closing files
- Document production
- Providing proactive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the department

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience supporting Private Client Solicitors
- Extensive knowledge of Private Client work
- Excellent organisational skills
- Confidence to work independently with minimal supervision
