Role Overview
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, efficient and organised Legal Secretary to work within our 12 – 16 Albyn Place office in Aberdeen. The role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a busy, friendly team focusing on private client work, undertaking some of the following duties:
- Provide legal secretarial and administrative support to our private client professional team.
- Audio and copy typing.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Communicating with clients and third parties.
- Act as a Personal Assistant to our private client Partners, providing professional and proactive legal support.

Hours
Mondays to Fridays from 09h00 to 17h15 inclusive of a 1 ¼ hour lunch break which shall be taken at the direction of the firm.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as private client Personal Assistant, Legal Secretary or Paralegal essential.
Experience
The successful candidate should be motivated and well organised, with excellent communication skills, a caring disposition, excellent work ethic and the ability to work independently and prioritise workload.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Case Management Systems is desirable.
