Legal Secretary - Real Estate

Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the real estate team.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments for legal professionals.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
  • Handle client communications, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
  • Maintain and update case management systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Coordinate the filing and submission of legal documents to relevant parties and authorities.
  • Support with billing processes and expense management.
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as required by the team.

Profile

A successful Legal Secretary - Real Estate should have:

  • Previous experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role within the professional services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of document formatting, proofreading, and legal correspondence.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
