Legal Secretary - Residential Property
As a Legal Secretary specialising in Residential Property, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of legal documentation and correspondence. This role involves providing comprehensive support to the legal team, helping to keep everything organised and on track.

Description
- Prepare and format legal documents, including contracts and correspondence.
- Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the legal team.
- Handle communication with clients, ensuring queries are dealt with promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and update client files and records accurately.
- Assist with the submission of legal forms and other documentation to relevant parties.
- Conduct property searches and liaise with external organisations as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the Residential Property department.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all tasks.

Profile
A successful Legal Secretary - Residential Property should have:
- Previous experience in a similar legal secretarial role, ideally within Residential Property.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive and professional approach to work.
