Legal Specialist – Commodity Trading & Shipping

My client are a multinational mining firm looking for an experienced legal professional to provide strategic legal support across its commodity trading and shipping operations, advising on complex, cross-border transactions in a fast-paced international environment.

What we’re looking for
- 6+ PQE (common law qualified)
- Commodity trading, shipping or trade finance experience
- Strong drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to international trading frameworks, contracts and financing structures
