Legal JD Expert – AI Training Module Developer
AfterQuery is seeking Legal JD Experts to create and refine legal reasoning challenges for our AI training modules. Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality legal questions and case studies challenging AI models across topics like:
- Contract law
- Constitutional law
- Intellectual property (and other relevant disciplines)
- Evaluate and validate model responses, providing detailed feedback for logical consistency and adherence to legal principles
- Collaborate with legal and technical experts to refine question difficulty and ensure content remains both challenging and educational
Qualifications
Required
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Proven experience in legal practice, research, or academia, with a deep understanding of multiple legal disciplines
- Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail

Preferred
- Multiple years of legal practice or substantial legal research experience, ideally across diverse fields
- Prior involvement in legal publications, policy work, or legal tech initiatives
- Familiarity with AI/tech-driven legal applications is a plus
