The Law Firm of the Future – Join Scissero, Legal Specialist, AI-Enhanced Legal Services

About Scissero

Scissero is an AI-enhanced legal services company built for financial institutions. We combine expert legal support with intelligent automation, transforming how transactional law is delivered.

We’re not a traditional law firm. We are a diverse and globally distributed team of lawyers, engineers, and innovators working across the U.S, EMEA, and APAC. Our culture values collaboration, inclusivity, and flexibility, and we believe technology augments, not replaces, legal expertise.

Position Overview

As a Legal Specialist, you will work directly on live private equity, M&A, and financing transactions for leading global investment firms, asset managers, and corporations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, and negotiate NDAs and ancillary transaction documentation aligned with client-approved playbooks, fully reflecting sponsor-side legal and commercial positions.
  • Leverage our proprietary AI-enabled platform to assist with document review, deviation identification, and playbook application, ensuring speed, consistency, and accuracy in high-volume work.

This role sits at the heart of our legal delivery team, requiring precision, responsiveness, and reliability in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across our global legal team as well as our product and engineering teams to shape and refine the AI tools delivering our model.

Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM (GMT)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
