The Role
As a Legal Support Assistant, you will provide high-quality administrative and client support to fee earners, ensuring work is delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Working within a collaborative team, you will manage tasks from start to finish, coordinate workflows, support client relationships, and help maintain seamless service delivery.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, client-focused, and able to work independently
- Strong team player with a flexible approach
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Desirable)
- Experience in a legal or professional services environment (Desirable)
- Experience supporting fee earners and using document/case management systems
Key Responsibilities
- Manage document production and review work for quality and accuracy
- Support clients, fee earners, and internal teams with day-to-day queries
- Coordinate diaries, meetings, travel, and administrative activities
- Assist with business development, pitches, and presentations
- Manage file opening/closing, compliance tasks, and matter administration
- Support billing, WIP management, and other finance-related processes
- Maintain accurate client and matter data across systems
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and meeting minutes
The Team
You will join a collaborative Legal Support team, working closely with fee earners and Business Services colleagues in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, flexibility, and exceptional client service are key.
