Type: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Glasgow

Working Pattern: Minimum 2 days per week in the office, 3 days remote

The Role

As a Legal Support Assistant, you will provide high-quality administrative and client support to fee earners, ensuring work is delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Working within a collaborative team, you will manage tasks from start to finish, coordinate workflows, support client relationships and help maintain seamless service delivery.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, client-focused and able to work independently
  • Strong team player with a flexible approach
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • (Desirable) Experience in a legal or professional services environment
  • (Desirable) Experience supporting fee earners and using document/case management systems

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage document production and review work for quality and accuracy
  • Support clients, fee earners and internal teams with day-to-day queries
  • Coordinate diaries, meetings, travel and administrative activities
  • Assist with business development, pitches and presentations
  • Manage file opening/closing, compliance tasks and matter administration
  • Support billing, WIP management and other finance-related processes
  • Maintain accurate client and matter data across systems
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence and meeting minutes

The Team

You will join a collaborative Legal Support team, working closely with fee earners and Business Services colleagues in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, flexibility and exceptional client service are key.
