About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager specialising in Large Law Accounts, you’ll collaborate closely with legal professionals to integrate research, drafting, analytics, and AI-powered tools into their workflows. This role focuses on driving long-term value through increased engagement, relationship building, and supporting adoption across complex, geographically distributed firms.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive adoption, engagement, retention, and usage growth for assigned Large Law Accounts, addressing all branch offices and user groups.
- Build trusted accounts with customer contacts, offering workflow guidance, adoption support, and product engagement as their primary resource.
- Align with legal workflows, business priorities, and broader account strategies while contributing to customer success plans.
- Facilitate real-world integration of LexisNexis’ drafting, research, analytics, and AI capabilities into daily legal work via targeted outreach and practical support.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Client Managers, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Enablement to coordinate customer engagement, assist in account planning, and identify risks/opportunities.
- Analyse customer health, engagement data, usage trends, and feedback to spot barriers, propose retention strategies, and advance account growth.

Requirements
- Experience in legal professions (law firms), legal research, legal technology, or similar fields.
- Background in early-career customer success, account support, client services, legal training, enterprise software_, or solution adoption (or closely aligned areas).
- Interest in large law firm operations, stakeholder dynamics, and the role of AI-in legal research, drafting, summarisation, and workflow optimisation.
- Strong abilities to build customer relationships, communicate clearly with legal professionals, and promote value-driven engagement.
- Keen sense of organisation with attention to detail, follow-through, and stakeholder coordination.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), AI platforms, or customer success/ enablement workflows (e.g., Gong, Seismic, Tableau).

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $53,900–$89,800 (determined across regional markets, adjustments applied accordingly).
