# **Customer Success Manager – Large Law Accounts**
**Location**: Remote / National, USA
**Base Pay Range**: $53,900 – $89,800 (geographic differentials may apply)

About the Role
Are you passionate about meeting the needs of legal professionals through technology? As a Customer Success Manager for Large Law Accounts, you’ll partner with firms to integrate groundbreaking research, AI-powered tools, drafting, and workflow solutions into their operational ecosystem. You’ll focus on long-term value growth, adoption at scale, and trusted customer relationships across distributed legal teams.
Responsibilities
- Portfolio Ownership: Oversee adoption, engagement, retention, and measurement of Large Law Accounts, ensuring usage growth extends to all branches and user groups.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate transparent, responsive partnerships with customer contacts, acting as a trusted advisor for workflow guidance and AI product adoption.
- Strategic Execution: Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Enablement, Sales, Product, Marketing) to align adoption plans with law firms’ priorities.
- Driving Engagement: Proactively support AI/research/analytics tools integration into daily legal work through tailored outreach and hands-on mentorship.
- Strategic Insights: Analyze health metrics, feedback, and usage patterns to identify trends, risks, and upsell opportunities, and recommend actionable solutions for retention expansion.

Requirements
✅ Legal Domain Experience: Prior work with law firms, legal tech, legal research, or adoption support. ✅ Customer-Centric Mindset: Track record of building strong relationships and delivering value-driven engagement in tech/enterprise roles. ✅ Tool-Focused: Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), analytics tools (Tableau), and AI-powered SaaS products (Seismic, Gong). ✅ Soft Skills:
- Clear communication tailored to legal professionals, stakeholders, and diverse audiences.
- Detail orientation with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. ✅ Proactivity: Enthusiasm for large-firm workflows and AI’s transformational potential (e.g., legal drafting, summarization).
