Dynamic 3E Project Manager – Legal Technology & Operations
As the primary point of contact for client engagements within Harbor’s legal technology and operations division, the 3E Project Manager ensures consistent client satisfaction by delivering exceptional leadership and responsive service. This critical role oversees implementation teams, guaranteeing projects are completed on time, within budget, and in scope while achieving outstanding value.
Responsible for driving the success of multiple concurrent projects, the Project Manager collaborates closely with business and technology leaders to deliver tailored solutions—helping clients optimize their investments and transform how they utilize data and software.

About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic 3E Project Manager based anywhere in the UK to deliver transformative projects within the legal industry’s most strategic operations.
This is a full-time, fully remote position—as-effective as being in-office.
## Major Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Lead across-function teams using 3E Project Management tools to ensure seamless delivery
- Align scope, objectives, and deliverables with client expectations and organizational goals
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and progress tracking to meet milestones
- Coordinate project documentation (charter, status reports, meeting minutes) via 3E’s platform
- Proactively manage project risks, resolving challenges with urgency to avoid delays
- Oversee end-to-end execution, measuring milestones against timelines and adapting as needed

Client Engagement & Communication
- Serve as the primary client contact, building enduring relationships and transparency
- Oversee communication flow—both the verbal (client-facing) and written (stakeholder-handled)—ensuring alignment at every level
- Address concerns and escalations with timeliness, keeping clients informed of progress, risks, and outcomes
## Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Foster alignment across stakeholders (senior leaders to technical teams) for cross-functional success
- Mentor project team members, guiding them toward optimal performance
## Resource & Risk Management
- Assign tasks and monitor progress, relieving bottlenecks to keep the team on track
- Anticipate obstacles, devising strategies to mitigate risks and escalate issues effectively
## Budget Management
- Oversee financial discipline, ensuring adherence to project budgets and invoicing guidelines
- Provide transparent budget updates to clients, guaranteeing cost-effectiveness
## Scope Management
- Stay true to the Statement of Work (SOW), vigilantly enforcing strict Change Management for scope alterations
- Participate in requirements discussions, capturing, documenting, and aligning needs between client-facing and internal systems
## Qualifications & Expertise
- Legal or financial systems project management experience (prior 3E/law firm finance systems exposure preferred)
- Four years of relevant education or combined experience in the equivalent capacity
- High proficiency in collaborative project tracking tools
- Three or more years ideally within the firm’s legal software field or consulting discipline
- Essential competencies:
