Transform Legal Through Technology, Automation, and Innovation

You will assist with executing the global Legal and Compliance Department's transformation strategy. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, innovation, and value delivery through the design and implementation of automated workflows and legal technology solutions. You will design, build, and maintain automation to streamline legal processes, enable advanced data analytics, and support strategic decision-making. You don't need to be a lawyer or a software engineer - if you can build in low code tools and are curious about legal, we want to talk.

You will collaborate closely with global Legal Department stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support large-scale change initiatives and to drive ongoing scale and growth. You have the ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable workstreams and drive implementation plans to achieve complex goals. Working in a highly-matrixed organization, this role requires building relationships and coordinating across multiple departments and regions. You have a natural interest in technology and stay up to date with emerging legal tech, automation, and data solutions to identify future opportunities for the Legal Department. The role reports directly to the VP, Global Legal Transformation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
