A leading water compliance and consultancy company is looking to recruit an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-established organisation delivering water safety and compliance services across healthcare, commercial, education, and industrial sites.

Duties
- Carry out Legionella Risk Assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems.
- Complete assessments in accordance with ACoP L8, HSG274, and HTM 04:01 guidance.
- Produce detailed digital risk assessment reports and practical recommendations.
- Conduct schematic verification and asset validation.
- Identify system deficiencies including dead legs, dead ends, TMVs, infrequently used outlets, poor temperature control, and water stagnation.
- Carry out outlet temperature monitoring and photographic surveys where required.
- Liaise professionally with clients, Responsible Persons, and site representatives.
- Provide technical advice regarding remedial actions and compliance.
- Work closely with internal teams to support remedial quotations and project delivery.

Essential Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments.
- Recognised Legionella Risk Assessment qualification (City and Guilds, BOHS P901, WMSoc, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of ACoP L8, HSG274, HTM 04:01, Water Regulations, and domestic hot and cold water systems.
- Experience producing digital Legionella Risk Assessment reports.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Excellent communication, organization, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
