Role: Legionella Risk Assessor
Location: Halesowen, West Midlands
Salary: £31,000–£38,000 + £4,000 Joining Bonus (for direct applicants that qualify)
Job Type: Full-time | 40 hours per week

The Role
As a Legionella Risk Assessor, you'll carry out high-quality risk assessments for a diverse client base while supporting the continued growth of our Legionella division.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out Legionella Risk Assessments in line with current legislation.
- Produce accurate, compliant reports and explain findings to clients.
- Provide technical advice and recommend appropriate control measures.
- Review colleagues' reports to ensure quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for additional services, including management plans, monitoring programmes and training.
- Support and mentor junior team members.
- Assist with maintaining LCA accreditation and quality standards.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the department.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- At least 3 years' experience carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments.
- City & Guilds, WMSoc or equivalent Legionella Risk Assessment qualification.
- Good knowledge of ACoP L8 and HSG274 guidance.
- Experience producing compliant risk assessment reports.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong communication and IT skills.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
