We are looking for a skilled and motivated Legionella Risk Assessor to join our specialist team in Salisbury. Access structured training, professional development, and clear progression pathways supported by experienced technical leaders and recognised industry experts.

What You'll Be Doing
As an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor, you will play a key role in delivering industry-leading compliance services across a range of customer environments.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver quality Legionella risk assessments to the highest professional standards
- Use industry leading digital tools to capture, analyse, and report data efficiently
- Produce schematic drawings and maintain accurate compliance records through delivery excellence
- Provide clear, practical recommendations to support compliance and risk reduction
- Build strong relationships with clients through professional, expert service
- Support operational delivery to ensure contractual and compliance commitments are consistently achieved
- Conduct assessments in accordance with ACOP L8 (4th Edition), HSG274, HSG282, BS8580-1:2019 and HTM 04-01 guidance
- Supporting a culture of safety, accountability and operational excellence throughout the business

What We're Looking For
We're seeking individuals who combine strong technical expertise with professionalism, reliability and pride in their work.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A City & Guilds Legionella Risk Assessment qualification (or equivalent)
- Proven experience conducting legionella risk assessments within the water treatment or water hygiene industry
- A detail orientated compliance professional focused on delivering exceptional service and adding value beyond compliance
- Strong working knowledge of ACOP L8, HSG274, HSG282, BS8580-1 and HTM 04-01 compliance frameworks
- Excellent IT literacy, including experience using digital reporting systems
- The ability to produce accurate schematic drawings and technical documentation
- A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
