About The Role...
As a Leisure Club Attendant you are responsible for delivering the very best in customer service to our external members, hotel guests, and for pro-actively seeking opportunities to join new members to our facility. Your key responsibilities will be to:

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Drive the facilities revenues and profitability
- Ensure the club is maintained to the highest standards by cleaning and checking the facilities
- Carry out pool checks
- Be aware of the importance of health and safety
- Accurately maintain records and ensuring compliance
About You…
The successful candidate will have previous experience ideally within a leisure environment, with an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills and excellent command of the English language. A lifeguard qualification, pool plant and first aid would be desirable. A nationally recognised gym qualification is essential. The role will involve gym introduction and induction, compiling gym programmes for new and existing members and delivering classes whilst on shift.
