About The Role
As a Leisure Club Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and team members. You will be responsible for ensuring all leisure club, public, and selected back-of-house areas are presented to the highest standards at all times.
This is a hands-on, physical role in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail, organisation, and pride in your work. You will work independently and as part of a wider team, supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the Leisure Club while delivering a positive experience for everyone who uses our facilities.
Key Aspects Of The Role Include
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across leisure and public areas
- Supporting guests confidently and courteously when approached
- Reporting maintenance issues promptly and accurately
- Working efficiently to complete tasks within required timeframes
- Supporting wider housekeeping and cleaning duties when required

You are reliable, proactive, and take genuine pride in maintaining high standards. You are comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and understand the importance of cleanliness, presentation, and safety in a guest-facing environment.
You Will Bring
- Good physical stamina and the ability to carry out manual cleaning duties
- A positive, flexible, and professional attitude
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- The ability to work independently while also supporting team objectives
- Clear communication skills and confidence interacting with guests
- A strong understanding of health & safety, hygiene, and safe working practices
Experience in a similar cleaning or housekeeping role is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided.
