About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Leisure Operations Receptionist to join us in the Hotels at the Alton Towers Resort, the UK’s only attraction that specialises in making Britain happy!
Key Responsibilities
Want to make a great big smiling first impression? In this crucial customer-facing role, the Leisure Reception team are the first people to interact with guests before they enter our stunning waterpark or golf attractions.
- Responsible for taking ownership of any guest issues
- Managing cash and key handling
- Ensuring relevant guest information gets passed to the correct department
- Guaranteeing the guests’ first and last impression is positive

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Able to work 5 days out of 7, including at least 1 weekend day
- A positive, enthusiastic and energetic approach
- A deep-seated ability to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Previous experience working on a busy reception desk is desirable

Pay Range
Compensation: GBP £8.00/hour – GBP £12.71/hour
