Leisure and Attractions Specialist — New Forest / south-west Hampshire
Finch + Finch is a real estate and business consultancy advising property owners on their business strategy and operational management. We are expanding our advisory offer and are now looking for a leisure and attractions specialist to support this growth.
The role
You will work with us on leisure-led projects, predominantly at pre-opening and launch stage: sense-checking assumptions, building the core team and taking responsibility for P&L. You will shape the operating model and then be responsible for how it runs. We're open on structure: retained advisory, fractional, or something closer to full-time. Tell us what works for you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You
You've led a public-facing leisure operation and have the scars to prove it. That might be an independent or heritage visitor attraction, an adventure play or high-ropes site, or a larger theme park where you owned a defined operation rather than a function.
Essential:
- P&L responsibility for a family attraction or comparable visitor operation
- Recruiting, training and managing seasonal front-line teams
- Admissions, ticketing and yield; secondary spend
- Health and safety in a play or activity environment
