Lender Relationship Coordinator - Launch pad into Business Development
Our client is a growing fintech connecting customers with over 200 lending partners through market-leading technology and exceptional customer service. With ambitious growth plans and continued investment in people and technology, this is an exciting opportunity to join a business that is transforming the lending marketplace while building a strong reputation across the UK finance sector.
About the Role
This is a commercially focused relationship management role where you'll become the primary point of contact for lending partners. Combining elements of account management, customer success, and partnership development, you'll work to strengthen lender relationships, increase platform engagement, and maximize conversion from enquiry through to completion.
You'll collaborate closely with brokers, case managers, and internal stakeholders while becoming a trusted advocate for both lenders and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with a portfolio of lending partners
- Act as the primary point of contact for lender enquiries, issues, and ongoing support
- Conduct regular lender reviews to assess performance, volumes, and engagement
- Deliver platform demonstrations and promote adoption of technology solutions
- Support lender onboarding, training, and engagement initiatives
- Monitor conversion activity and work with lenders to improve outcomes and response times
- Gather lender feedback and market intelligence to support product development
- Maintain accurate CRM records, relationship pipelines, and performance reporting
- Represent the business at lender meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities

Package
- Salary: £33,000 - £36,000

Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years' experience within Financial Services, Account Management, Partnerships, Customer Success, or Business Development
- Proven ability to build and manage B2B relationships with commercial outcomes
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident presenting, delivering demonstrations, and leading business discussions
- Commercially aware with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- CRM proficiency and strong Microsoft Office skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance and conversion data
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working towards KPIs
