About The Role

As a Lending Specialist at BOQ Group, your day begins with purpose—supporting customers through one of life’s biggest milestones: buying a home.

You’ll be the trusted advisor they turn to, guiding them with clarity and care.

From strategy sessions with your Branch Manager to meetings with community partners and clients, your role is all about building relationships that matter.

You’ll be immersed in the full lending journey, helping customers navigate their options, understand their goals, and feel confident in their decisions. Whether it’s a first home buyer or a seasoned investor, you’ll be there every step of the way—making the process seamless and stress-free.

Your days might include reaching out to local businesses, attending community events, or following up with new leads generated through your business development efforts.

You’ll be the face of BOQ in your community, strengthening brand awareness and creating meaningful connections.

And throughout it all, you’ll be supported by a team that values inclusion, growth, and authenticity. With mentoring, training, and a clear career pathway, you’ll have everything you need to thrive.

About You

You bring a strong foundation in lending, backed by deep industry knowledge and practical experience.

Your expertise spans the full lending lifecycle—from assessing creditworthiness to structuring tailored solutions that meet client needs.

You understand compliance requirements and risk management principles, ensuring every decision aligns with regulatory standards and organizational goals.

Your ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships sets you apart. You combine analytical skills with a customer-first mindset, delivering solutions that balance financial outcomes with client satisfaction.

With proven success in navigating complex lending scenarios, you’re ready to contribute insights that drive growth and strengthen the business.
