Lenovo is seeking an experienced Allyship Senior Manager to lead and expand the Lenovo 360 Circle Allyship Program, with a clear focus on sustainability-related topics across the technology ecosystem.

This role is responsible for developing strategic relationships with industry allies that help Lenovo and its ecosystem accelerate sustainability, innovation, and responsible business transformation.

The successful candidate will drive sustainability-focused partnership development, ecosystem engagement, and alliance programs that create measurable value for Lenovo, its partners, and its customers.

You'll Be Responsible For

  • Developing and executing the Lenovo 360 Circle Allyship strategy for sustainability-related topics, aligned with Lenovo business priorities.
  • Identifying, recruiting, managing, and growing relationships with strategic allies who can support Lenovo’s sustainability, innovation, and responsible technology agenda.
  • Building and maintaining executive-level relationships with technology vendors, AI ecosystem players, infrastructure providers, and industry organizations active in sustainability topics.
  • Creating joint value propositions, business opportunities, and ecosystem initiatives around sustainability as a business enabler.
  • Driving sponsorship, funding, and partnership renewal opportunities linked to Lenovo 360 Circle sustainability initiatives.
  • Defining partnership objectives, governance models, KPIs, and success metrics.
  • Leading executive reviews, business planning discussions, and alliance governance activities with sustainability and business outcomes clearly tracked.
  • Collaborating with Lenovo business groups to connect sustainability challenges with future business opportunities.
  • Integrating allies into Lenovo 360 Circle sustainability programs, events, campaigns, and thought leadership activities.
  • Monitoring market trends and identifying emerging sustainability-related partnership and ecosystem opportunities.
  • Tracking commitments, investments, and measurable business and sustainability outcomes.
  • Supporting Lenovo’s market positioning as a leader in sustainability, responsible technology, and business transformation.

Organization

You will report to Virginie Kristell Mari Le Barbu, Executive Director, ISO Global Sustainability, and work closely with Lenovo business groups, alliance partners, customers, and industry organizations to support the growth of sustainability-related topics within Lenovo 360 Circle.

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Alliance Management, Business Development, Sustainability Partnerships, or Ecosystem Management.
  • Proven ability to build and manage executive-level relationships around sustainability, technology, and business transformation topics.
  • Strong commercial, business development, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with measurable business and sustainability outcomes.
  • Strong communication, governance, and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to identify sustainability-related market opportunities and translate them into business outcomes.
  • Preferred: Experience within Datacenter, Infrastructure, Cloud, AI, or Enterprise Technology industries. Experience working with technology vendors, semiconductor companies, hyperscalers, infrastructure providers, or sustainability-focused industry organizations. Understanding of sustainability challenges and opportunities impacting the technology industry, including responsible technology, circular economy, energy efficiency, or ESG data topics. Experience developing partnership business cases, sponsorship programs, or joint sustainability initiatives.
