Partner Agent Opportunity – Build Your Own Lettings Business with The Letting Experts
Are you an experienced lettings professional looking for greater control over your income and business, without managing compliance or operational risk alone?
The Letting Experts is designed for agents who want to earn more, manage their own portfolio, and avoid the complexities of going it alone. As a Partner Agent, you’ll build your own lettings business with full support systems, compliance expertise, and a roadmap already in place—so you can focus on growth, not risk.
Earnings Potential
- Let four properties per month and earn over £70,000 in your first year.
- Take 70% of letting fees and property management fees you generate.
- Average monthly rent assumption: £1,325.
- Residual income grows as your portfolio and network expand.
