Are you an experienced lettings professional who wants more control over your income and your business, without taking on the full burden of compliance and operational risk?
The Letting Experts is built for agents who know they could earn more and manage their own portfolio, but are held back by the complexity of going it alone. As a Partner Agent, you build your own lettings business with the systems, compliance support and structure already in place so you can focus on growing your income rather than managing risk.
Earnings Potential
Let four properties per month and earn over £70,000 in your first year. You receive 70% of the letting fees and property management fees you generate.
Based on an average monthly rent of £1,325 Income grows as your managed portfolio grows Residual income opportunity through revenue share as you build your network
What We Provide
Compliance Support Team: A dedicated team handling pre-tenancy compliance, move-in process guidance, rent collection, client accounting, legal guidance and property management assistance. You can grow your business confidently without carrying the compliance burden alone. Training and Support: Structured onboarding, access to weekly live team sessions, in-person events with industry-recognised speakers and dedicated one-to-one support from a Success Coach. Property Management Training: A comprehensive online learning platform covering the latest lettings legislation and property management best practice, with the opportunity to gain industry-recognised qualifications including CeLAP and CePAP. Success Blueprint: A proven, step-by-step roadmap of systems, processes and strategies to help you build momentum and achieve consistent results. Personal Branding: You become the recognised face of lettings in your local area, with marketing built around your name and reputation to position you as the go-to letting professional. Marketing Materials: A fully branded business-in-a-box package with digital assets, social content, direct mail and branded merchandise. Tools and Technology: Market-leading platforms including a purpose-built CRM, Rightmove, Propoly, PayProp, FlatFair and more.
