Partner Agent – The Letting Experts
Are you an experienced lettings professional who wants more control over your income and your business, without taking on the full burden of compliance and operational risk?
The Letting Experts is built for agents who know they could earn more and manage their own portfolio, but are held back by the complexity of going it alone. As a Partner Agent, you build your own lettings business with the systems, compliance support and structure already in place, so you can focus on growing your income rather than managing risk.
Earnings Potential
Let four properties per month and earn over £70,000 in your first year. You receive 70% of the letting and property management fees you generate.
- Based on an average monthly rent of £1,325
- Income grows as your managed portfolio expands
- Residual income opportunity through revenue share as you build your network

Who We Are Looking For
- Experienced lettings professional, portfolio manager or property manager
- Strong grasp of lettings legislation and compliance
- Established landlord or investor network (advantageous)
- Self-motivated, ready to develop your own business with structured support
