Partner Agent – The Letting Experts
About the Role
Are you an experienced lettings professional looking for greater control, flexibility, and financial potential, without the burden of full compliance or operational risk?
The Letting Experts is specifically built for agents who know they could earn more and manage their own portfolio—but are held back by the complexity and risks of working independently. As a Partner Agent, you’ll establish and grow your own lettings business with preselected systems, compliance support, and structure in place, so you can focus on expanding your income rather than managing risk.
Build and scale your portfolio while retaining 70% of all letting and property management fees.
Earnings Potential
- Earn over £70,000 in your first year by successfully contacting landlords for four new properties monthly
- 70% revenue share on all letting fees and property management fees generated
- Base rent assumption: Average monthly property rent of £1,325
- Residual income potential through revenue share and expanding your network

Who We Are Looking For

We’re seeking driven lettings professionals who are ready to take the next step in their career:
- Experienced letting agent, portfolio manager, or property manager with a proven track record
- Strong knowledge of lettings regulation, compliance requirements, and market trends
- Existing network of landlords and investor contacts (this is a huge advantage)
- Highly motivated, self-starting, and eager to take ownership and scale a sustainable business
