Are you an experienced lettings professional who wants more control over your income and your business without taking on the full burden of compliance and operational risk?
The Letting Experts is designed for agents who know they could earn more and manage their own portfolio, but are held back by the ongoing complexity. As a Partner Agent, you build your own lettings business with existing systems, compliance support, and structure. This allows you to focus on growing your income rather than managing risk.
Earnings Potential
- Earn over £70,000 in your first year letting four properties per month
- Receive 70% of lettings fees and property management fees generated
- Based on an average monthly rent of £1,325
- Residual income opportunity through revenue share as your network grows
