Experienced Lettings Consultant – Patchway, Bristol
Salary: £28,000–£35,000 + strong commission (OTE)
Hours: Monday–Friday 8:45am–6:00pm (occasional Saturdays with a weekday off)
A fast-paced role for an Experienced Lettings Consultant who thrives on valuations, wins new business, and delivers standout service.
What You’ll Do
- Register tenants and match them to suitable homes
- Maintain accurate applicant records
- Book and conduct valuations
- Lead confident viewings
- Negotiate lets between landlords and tenants
- Work closely with the team to deliver exceptional service
- Monitor the local market and spot opportunities

What You Bring
- 12+ months lettings experience (valuations ideal)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Quick thinking and adaptability
- Excellent communication
- Solid IT skills
- Attention to detail
- Confidence working independently and within a team
- Full UK driving licence (pool car available; own car may be required)
