Experienced Lettings Consultant – Patchway, Bristol

Salary: £28,000–£35,000 + strong commission (OTE)

Hours: Monday–Friday 8:45am–6:00pm (occasional Saturdays with a weekday off)

A fast-paced role for an Experienced Lettings Consultant who thrives on valuations, wins new business, and delivers standout service.

What You’ll Do

  • Register tenants and match them to suitable homes
  • Maintain accurate applicant records
  • Book and conduct valuations
  • Lead confident viewings
  • Negotiate lets between landlords and tenants
  • Work closely with the team to deliver exceptional service
  • Monitor the local market and spot opportunities

  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Quick thinking and adaptability
  • Excellent communication
  • Solid IT skills

  • Confidence working independently and within a team
  • Full UK driving licence (pool car available; own car may be required)
