- Salary: £25,000.00 base + Bonus (£31,000.00 OTE)

About the Role
The Lettings Administrator manages a rental property portfolio proactively, ensuring regulatory compliance, high service standards, and adherence to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Ensure all tenanted properties comply with safety regulations
- Process and issuing tenant notices (including litigation support via solicitors)
- Manage move-outs and deposit returns
- Coordinate maintenance estimates and works scheduling

Requirements & Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Strong administrative abilities with acute attention to detail
- Ability to managing workloads under pressure efficiently
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word; WordPress/Ripples quick-learner bonus)
