Job Title: Lettings Administrator

Salary: Competitive - dependant on experience, plus a quarterly paid commission incentive.

Location: East London

The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our Lettings Administration team.

As a Lettings Administrator, you'll play a key role in not only the office, but the wider administration teams’ success by leveraging your in-depth knowledge of property legislation. Your expertise will ensure the department maintains its exceptional compliance standards while achieving ambitious KPI targets. Additionally, this role offers quarterly earning incentives to reward your contributions to the company’s success.

Your Responsibilities as a Lettings Administrator:

  • Efficiently progressing deals from offer to completion
  • Meeting deadlines and adhering to legal/regulatory requirements
  • Conducting AML checks
  • Managing documentation
  • Coordinating essential services such as EPCs and safety checks
  • Effectively communicating with tenants and landlords
  • Handling tenant enquiries promptly
  • Maintaining accurate records in Veco
  • Actively contributing to team meetings

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a Lettings Administration/Tenancy Progression position
  • Detail-oriented and thrive in a high-volume/KPI driven environment
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative setting, bringing a positive/can-do attitude to the team
  • Exceptionally organized and thrive on maintaining precision in all aspects of your work
