About Us

We are a busy, established, and highly respected independent estate agency based in the heart of Shoreditch. With a fast-paced lettings department and an excellent reputation for customer service, we're looking for an organised and proactive Lettings Administrator to join our growing team.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys organisation, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in ensuring every tenancy progresses smoothly from offer agreed through to move-in.

The Role

Your primary responsibility will be managing the entire pre-tenancy process, ensuring all legal requirements are met and every tenancy is completed efficiently and accurately.

You will work closely with our negotiators, property managers, landlords, and tenants to deliver a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the pre-tenancy process from offer agreed through to move-in.
  • Arranging and monitoring tenant referencing.
  • Preparing tenancy agreements and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinating the electronic signing of contracts.
  • Organising inventories, check-ins, and key collection.
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, guarantors, and third-party suppliers.
  • Ensuring all compliance requirements are completed before move-in.
  • Chasing outstanding documentation and keeping all parties updated.
  • Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system.
  • Assisting the lettings team with general administration where required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
