Our client is looking for an organised and friendly Administrator / Receptionist to join their established Property Management team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a beautiful office setting alongside a supportive management team. The role offers plenty of variety, encompassing administration, customer service, reception, and property support duties,
The Role Answering calls from tenants and helping with queries Liaising with the maintenance team regarding repairs and works Meeting and greeting visitors Supporting the Lettings and Property Management teams Managing diaries, appointments, and general administration Maintaining property records and databases Handling post and ordering office supplies

Key Skills and Experience Previous administration, reception or Property experience Excellent communication and customer service skills Good Microsoft Office skills A proactive and organised approach
This is a fully office-based role and an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful property group. The hours are Monday to Thursday: 9:00am - 5:30pm, Friday: 9:00am - 3:00pm. Generous holiday package - 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Off-street parking available
