About the Role

We are seeking an Administrator to join our fast-paced Lettings team. This is a home-based role, ideal for someone who can adapt quickly, manage a changing workflow, and thrive in a medium-pressure environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare tenancy paperwork for new customers as required.
  • Manage the lettings inbox efficiently and professionally.
  • Ensure all invoices are correctly coded and apply council tax exemptions as needed.
  • Maintain and update new tenancy documentation.
  • Assist in obtaining supporting documentation for housing applications.
  • Provide clear guidance to new tenants regarding process timelines.
  • Occasional travel to Worcester or Solihull offices for team meetings or training (expected during induction).
  • Balance home-based work with occasional office-based training (specific requirements confirmed with line manager).

Required Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Previous experience in lettings, administration, or social housing (advantageous but will consider suitable transfers).
  • Strong communication skills—appealing to various audiences with clarity and professionalism.
  • Exceptional accuracy & attention to detail—critical in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to prioritise workloads and meet targets under pressure.
  • A DBS check (standard requirement for this role). -Ability to lock-on in either Worcester or near Birmingham Business Park for occasional office-based work.
