Do you enjoy helping people feel confident, supported, and well-informed? If delivering great customer service and building strong relationships motivates you, you may be just what we’re looking for in a Lettings Adviser at Bromford.

Our lettings team manages the effective day-to-day delivery of lettings across the business. As part of the team, you’ll work closely with colleagues and local authorities to ensure fair and timely allocation of properties.

You’ll guide new customers through the lettings process, ensuring that all records are accurate, and follow our policies and procedures. You will ensure the accurate set up of tenancies and completion of relevant pre-tenancy checks, collaborating with our empty homes team to minimise void time. And you’ll maintain and manage property shortlists according to Bromford’s and local authority, ensuring a fair and transparent process.

The caseload is diverse, comprising a mix of straightforward cases and more complex situations, ensuring a dynamic and varied workload every day. While you’ll help us meet key performance goals, the most rewarding part of this role is seeing people and families manage their own homes, where they can build brighter futures and thrive.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
