The Opportunity
We're now seeking high-achieving, motivated Sales and Leasing Real Estate Agents to join our growing, high-performing team. You'll collaborate with industry leaders and partake in an environment built on results, innovation, and client-centric excellence.
Requirements
To excel as a Sales & Leasing Real Estate Agent at Betterhomes, you’ll need:

- At least 1 year of sales experience in a high-performing environment, such as:
- Real estate
- Car sales
- Recruitment
- OR relevant experience in a high-end service industry (e.g., Cabin Crew, Luxury Retail)
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- A valid driving license
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a "no limits" mindset
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive yet collaborative setting
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Resilience, self-motivation, and a passion for driving results while building lasting client relationships
