The Role
We are now looking for Sales and Leasing Real Estate Agents to join our high-performing team. You’ll work alongside some of the best professionals in the business, tackling exciting opportunities daily and driving our mission to become the market leader.
An exceptional Sales and Leasing Agent at Betterhomes will be enthusiastic, proactive, and determined to succeed.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you must demonstrate:
- At least 1 year of sales experience in a high-performing environment such as:
- Real estate
- Automobile sales
- Recruitment
- OR a high-end service industry experience (e.g., Cabin Crew or Luxury Retail)
- Fluent English (oral and written communication skills)
- A valid driving licence
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a growth mindset – ready to face challenges head-on
- Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive yet supportive environment
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Resilience, determination, and a passion for delivering outstanding results
- Comparing building relationships as an integral part of success
