Lettings Consultant
Lettings Consultant – Chancellors
Location: Headington

Salary: Competitive Salary Package
Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:45am – 6pm Friday: 8:45am – 5:30pm Every other Saturday: 10am – 3pm (rotating schedule)
License Required:
- Must hold a validate full UK driving license
- Must own or have unrestricted access to a personal vehicle
- Required for business use of the car

Key Responsibilities
Your role will involve:
- Building and maintaining strong, enduring client relationships with exceptional professionalism
- Assessing client needs then matching them with the best available properties from our extensive portfolio
- Demonstrating polite, confident telephone presence with precision when relaying property details
- Efficient time management to optimise appointments and conversions while remaining productive
- Upholding our high standards at all times – from appearance to project execution
- Completing all mandatory training to deepen expertise in estate and lettings processes

Requirements & Skills
To succeed as a Lettings Consultant, you should:
- Bring prior sales & customer service experience (previous estate agency background welcomed but not mandatory—full training provided!)
- Be target-driven & tenacious, with an innate competitive drive to exceed league tables
- Work collaboratively in a dynamic team while self-motivating across varied workloads
- Maintain high standards of service & presentation
