Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and personable Lettings Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property viewings, building relationships with prospective tenants, and ensuring a smooth rental process. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational and communication skills to develop their career within the property industry.
Primarily based in the Biggleswade branch but will also be required to cover Baldock, Ashwell and Royston.

- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective tenants.
- Assist clients in finding suitable rental properties based on their needs and preferences.
- Manage enquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Prepare related documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with landlords and maintenance teams to ensure properties are ready for viewings.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all lettings activities using organisational software.
- Conduct routine property visits, inventories, check-ins and check-outs.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the rental process, ensuring client satisfaction.

Skills
- Proven administrative experience with strong organisational abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple viewings and administrative tasks effectively.
- Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday – 9am till 6pm
- Alternate Saturdays – 9am till 4pm with a day off in lieu
The candidate must have a full driving licence.
