Your Day-to-Day As a Lettings Consultant

  • Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with tenants and landlords, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
  • Thoroughly qualify tenants to understand their motivations and requirements, designing tailored property viewings that align with their preferences and needs.
  • Oversee the referencing process for all tenants, ensuring that it is completed efficiently within an appropriate timeframe.
  • Generate new business opportunities through word-of-mouth recommendations and excellent knowledge of the local market.
