Lettings Consultant

Lettings Consultant

Location: Headington

Brand: Chancellors

Salary: Competitive Salary Package

Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:45am – 6pm
  • Fridays: 8:45am – 5:30pm
  • Every other Saturday: 10am – 3pm (mandatory)

Requirements: Must have:

  • A full UK driving licence
  • Access to your own car
  • Insurance for business use
  • The legal right to work in the UK

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Delivering exceptional client service
  • Identifying client needs and matching them to Chancellors’ property portfolio
  • Demonstrating a polite, confident telephone manner and communicating effectively
  • Maximising productivity by managing time efficiently
  • Attending mandatory training courses to enhance knowledge and performance

Skills and Requirements

Essential:

  • Proven sales and customer service experience (estate agency experience not required—all training provided)
  • Strong target-driven and tenacious attitude
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • High levels of motivation and enthusiasm
  • Commitment to vigorous standards of service and presentation
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ambitious drive to rank at the top of performance league tables

Administrative:

  • Must own a car and hold a full UK driving licence
  • Must provide personal business-use insurance
  • Must meet the legal right to work in the UK
