Job Title: Lettings Consultant Location: Fulham Brand: Portico Salary: Competitive Salary Package Hours: Monday to Fridays from 8:45am to 6pm. Please note, that you will be required to work alternate Saturdays from 10am - 2pm. Driving Licence: Please note, that you must have a full UK Driving Licence & access to your own car. The role of Lettings Consultant is exciting and rewarding! Duties will include: Identifying and maximising business opportunities. Booking property viewings and registering applicants. Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face. Achieving personal and branch sales targets. Negotiating and agreeing tenancies. Representing the company in a professional manner. Building strong relationships internally and externally. Skills required: Excellent sales ability. High level of customer service skills. Good telephone manner and positive attitude. The ability to negotiate. Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed. Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
