About the Role
The Lettings & Housing Manager will be responsible for the acquisition, letting, and management of temporary accommodation, along with the leasing, marketing, and management of office and commercial space within the business hub and other commercial properties.
The role will be responsible for purchasing and onboarding new properties, managing residential tenancies and commercial leases, advertising available office space, managing occupancy levels, and being accountable for rental income, void levels, and lettings performance against agreed KPIs.

Knowledge and Experience
- Experience in housing, lettings, or property management.
- Experience managing residential tenancies.
- Experience dealing with tenancy issues and tenants.
- Knowledge of housing legislation and compliance requirements.
- Experience working with contractors and property repairs.
- Experience managing a property portfolio.
