Lettings Manager
Brand: Chancellors Location: Woking Hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:45 am – 6 pm
- Friday: 8:45 am – 5:30 pm
- Every other Saturday: 10 am – 3 pm (on demand) Salary: Competitive package + earnings potential Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Access to a personal vehicle

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, career-driven Lettings Manager with proven experience in the current rental market, ideally based in the Greater London area (though relocations may be considered). This role will position you to grow business volume, drive lettings income, and optimise customer experience at our Woking branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth & Revenue: Increase the volume of new lettings and income for the branch.
- Property Instruction & Marketing:
- Appraise and instruct residential rental properties.
- Identify emerging business opportunities and refer to специализируाऊи divisions as needed.
- Sales &}Lettings: Register, qualify, and manage applicants; conduct viewings and secure property lets.
- Meet and exceed lettings targets.
- Legislative Compliance – Adhere to all legal obligations related to lettings.
- Property & Market Awareness:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties.
- Develop effective canvassing and marketing strategies.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Line management roles (1-2-1s, performance support).
- Foster a collaborative, results-driven team culture.
- Customer Care: Ensure exceptional service standards and relationship-building at all levels.

Skills & Experience
Essential Requirements
- Proven track record as a Senior Lettings Manager.
- Experience in securing new business for lettings agencies.
- PropertyMark Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience (team accountability).
- Tenacity and self-motivation to drive success.
- Positive attitude with commendable telephone manner.
