Lettings Manager – £40,000 Basic + Commissions, Potential for OTE of 70,000 + Bonuses for exceeding targets – City of London location
This is a unique and incredibly exciting opportunity to take the reins on the annual lettings process for an established London independent Agency. You will also be a key member of the senior management team supporting the business in its ambitious and expansive growth phase.
This is a role that requires excellent communication skills, critical thinking, keen problem-solving abilities, exemplary customer service skills, tenacious drive/hunger, and an insatiable desire to succeed.
What’s in it for you

- Excellent commission structure with OTE of £70k
- Monday-Friday (9am-6pm) + 1 in 3 Saturdays (10am-2pm) with time off in lieu

What you’ll be doing
- Drive new instructions and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Conduct market appraisals, secure instructions, and organise viewings.
- Maintain and develop a landlord prospecting database.
- Manage property marketing, including listings on platforms like Rightmove and Zoopla.
- Stay on top of industry trends, ensuring compliance with legislative changes.
- Provide support to the renewal team and assist with legal advice for landlords.
- Attend networking events and industry meetings to enhance the company’s profile.

What you’ll have
- Central London experience and a genuine passion for lettings.
- Strong compliance knowledge and processes.
- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership qualities.
- ARLA qualification (preferred, but not essential).
- A positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude.
