An established and highly regarded lettings agency is looking to appoint an experienced Lettings Manager to lead their Bingley branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys leading from the front.

You’ll take full ownership of branch performance, driving growth, managing a team, and ensuring a consistently high level of service across all areas of the business.
The Role Lead and drive overall branch performance and profitability Grow market share within your local area Deliver exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants Manage, motivate and develop a high-performing team Conduct regular 1-2-1s, performance reviews and team meetings Handle escalated complaints and resolve issues effectively Work collaboratively across departments to maximise opportunities Support wider lettings strategy and business objectives What We’re Looking For Proven experience managing within a lettings environment Strong leadership and people management skills Track record of working to and exceeding targets Excellent customer service and problem-solving ability Full UK driving licence ARLA/CeLAP qualification (or working towards) preferred What’s on Offer Competitive basic salary with uncapped earning potential Clear progression and ongoing professional development Funded qualifications Employee discounts and wellbeing support Pension scheme Cycle to Work and Tech schemes Regular team socials and a strong team culture If you’re looking for a role where you can genuinely make an impact, lead a team, and be rewarded for performance, this could be a great next step.
